This page is maintained by MB Balticscript ("OloTrack") to explain how we handle personal data when you use our website and platform. It is informational and does not constitute legal advice or a certification.
1. Who we are
MB Balticscript, company registered in Lithuania, operating the OloTrack platform. Contact: hello@olotrack.com.
2. What we collect
Account information (name, email, company), operational data you submit (vehicles, jobs, invoices), and technical data (IP, browser, session). With your consent, GPS device telemetry from OloTrack hardware you connect.
3. How we use it
To provide the service, authenticate users, send transactional emails, prevent abuse, improve the product, and comply with legal obligations.
4. Legal basis (GDPR)
Contract performance (service delivery), legitimate interest (security, product improvement), consent (marketing, optional features), and legal obligation (tax, accounting).
5. Sharing
We use trusted processors for hosting, email delivery and payments. We do not sell personal data. Data may be transferred outside the EU only under standard contractual clauses.
6. Retention
Account data is kept while your account is active. Invoices and accounting records are retained per Lithuanian tax law (10 years). You may request deletion at any time, subject to those obligations.
7. Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. Email hello@olotrack.com to exercise any right. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
8. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and a small number of analytics cookies to understand product usage. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser.
9. Security
Encryption in transit (TLS), role-based access control, row-level security in the database, and regular dependency updates. No system is perfectly secure — report concerns to hello@olotrack.com.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email.
