Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of OloTrack, operated by MB Balticscript ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them.
1. The service
OloTrack is a SaaS platform for workforce management, fleet GPS tracking, invoicing and a marketplace for service work.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. One person per login.
3. Subscriptions & billing
Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.
4. Acceptable use
No illegal content, no abuse, no scraping, no reverse engineering, no circumventing the marketplace anti-circumvention rules. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5. Marketplace rules
Listings must represent genuine capacity or demand. Contact information exchanged in chat before a confirmed reservation is automatically blocked. Off-platform settlement is prohibited and may result in account termination.
6. Data
You retain ownership of your data. You grant us a licence to process it to provide the service. We handle personal data under our Privacy Policy.
7. Hardware
OloTrack GPS devices are sold separately. Warranty covers manufacturing defects for 24 months from delivery.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
9. Termination
You may cancel anytime from your account. We may terminate for material breach. On termination, you may export your data for 30 days.
10. Governing law
Lithuanian law. Disputes go to the courts of Vilnius, Lithuania.
